No. It is free for you. It costs you about three minutes.
No. There are no needles and no blood tests. Nothing hurts.
Only you. Employers only ever receive anonymous group numbers, never your personal results.

As part of the Bidvest wellness programme, an Abby health station and a trained Abby team member will spend a day at your site. The screening is for the Bidvest team and for all of your own staff, at no cost to you. Each check takes about three minutes, with results and ongoing guidance on the person's own phone.
Watch how Abby worksA canteen, reception, foyer or any area people naturally walk past. When Abby is visible, people use it. All it needs:
Somewhere all staff can reach it easily during the day.
One standard plug is all Abby needs.
Solid, even flooring so the measurements are accurate.
Please do not tuck Abby away in a storeroom or back office. Sites sometimes do this thinking the screening is only for the cleaning team and should be kept out of the way. It is for everyone on site, including all of your own staff, and a hidden station means most people miss their free check.
An open, communal area with a plug and level flooring, agreed with your Bidvest contact before the day.
Send the ready-made announcement below. It takes ten seconds and it is the single biggest driver of turnout.
No bookings or schedules needed. People walk up when it suits them.
Team, a free health check is coming to our site. Abby is a self-service health station: three minutes, no needles, no booking, and your results arrive on your phone with support on WhatsApp afterwards. It is free and open to everyone on site, including the Bidvest team. See what to expect here: LINK
After the visit we will send you an anonymised wellness summary for your site: group numbers only, never any individual's results. Leave your details and it comes straight to you.
We have your details and will send your site's wellness summary after the visit. Corinne from Abby will be in touch about anything else.
Get those two right and your site gets a wellness day people actually use, plus a clear picture of workforce health at the end.
Abby is the self-service health station visiting your sites as part of the wellness programme. One Abby team member and one station, on site for the day. Each person screens themselves in about three minutes and gets results plus ongoing support on WhatsApp.
Watch how Abby worksThis is the most common misunderstanding: sites often place Abby in a back room, thinking the screening is only for the Bidvest team. It is for the site's own staff too, and turnout depends on the station being visible. When you confirm the date, please confirm the spot:
Canteen, reception or foyer. Reachable by all staff, not a storeroom.
One standard plug.
Even flooring so measurements are accurate.
An open spot doubles as a thank you to the site. Their staff get the same free health check as our team, which makes the wellness day an easy yes for the site manager.
You confirm the date and the spot with the site contact. That is all the preparation the site needs.
The Abby team member arrives, sets up, and staff walk up throughout the day. About three minutes each, no bookings.
Everyone screened keeps WhatsApp support, and the site can receive an anonymised wellness summary.
The message below covers the placement, the invitation to their staff, and their site summary. Copy it, add the person's name, and send it with the link.
Hi NAME, ahead of the Abby wellness day at your site, this short page covers everything: what Abby is, the best spot to place the station (an open communal area, please, it is for all your staff too, not just our team), and how to get your site's free wellness summary afterwards. The manager section takes two minutes: LINK
A confirmed date, an open spot and a forwarded link. That is a wellness day that works for everyone.
